With our meat supplied by Wickham Manor Farm, Winchelsea our Sunday Roast is fast becoming the towns first choice for Sunday Roast. The farm has been sustained organically using traditional methods for hundreds of years. The livestock is given feed grown on the same land and sent to an organically registered abattoir within 2 miles of where they have grazed. The meat is then butchered back at the farm and sent to us for cooking. These minimal food miles cause less stress and result in a more tender and succulent product. We believe you will appreciate the difference. The vegetables are from local farms and producers and are cooked when you order your meal. Even the Yorkshire puddings are made with local dairy produce.
